realme 6 Has A 8GB RAM Version That You Should Totally Consider For A Faster And Powerful Experience

The realme 6 is undoubtedly a great smartphone to consider should you need a new one and has been officially available to the market on 27 March 2020. The only issue is that it comes with a 4GB RAM + 128GB ROM. That’s pretty much the specs you would need for a basic smartphone and for casual use. But if you’re looking for speed and power, though? You’re going to need more!

No worries, as the realme 6 now has a 8GB RAM variant for you to consider. While 4GB of RAM is the baseline of any smartphone device, there’s no doubt that having extra RAM will give you plenty of speed and power to do more.

RAM is essentially a “volatile” memory that maintains information while it’s receiving power. It ensures that everything that you are currently working on while the device is on is saved in some way. So having more RAM on a smartphone ensures a smooth and easy transition between apps or even running a heavy app.

After all, if you’re a person who multitasks, having multiple apps and tabs open, or even a heavy gamer who may even need to switch between apps, maybe even answer an emergency phone call while still being able to resume your game after, that extra 8GB RAM is going to ensure you can do all that and more smoothly. No lags, no losses.

Speaking of gaming, the relme 6 also comes with a 6.5-inch 90Hz Ultra Smooth Display, and with a higher refresh rate you get a seamless and smooth visual experience with every swipe of the screen. Your character’s movements are fluid right before your eyes, and you can see every attack and shot right on your screen. Pair that with an 8GB RAM that ensures no lags and losses, and the MediaTek Helio G90T chipset that’s been exclusively designed to be the core of an incredible smartphone gaming experience, and you have a powerful gaming smartphone device in your hands!

So whether you’re into online tournament gaming, or just playing powerful heavy graphic games on your own, the realme 6 has got you covered.

With the 8GB RAM, the realme 6 comes with 128GB of storage with expandable storage of up to 256GB as well! That’s plenty of space and more to keep all those gorgeous photos you would be taking with the realme 6 64MP AI Quad Camera, as well as videos and apps to your heart’s content.

For battery life, the realme 6 comes with a 4300mAh battery with 30W fast charging so you can be back on your game in less that an hour from zero to a hundred. Pair it off with the latest realme UI already installed in with great graphics and features, and you have a powerful device ready to take on all you need and more.

The realme 6 with 8GB RAM will be launching this 28 April 2020 at 10am via livestream on realme’s Facebook page. Be sure to catch the livestream where they will likely announce some great promotions and other cool info to look out for with the realme 6!
